Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! If you need a theme, color or wording you don't see in the shop, send us a message with your party details. We will let you know if we can create it and how long it will take.
Will I receive a physical item?
No. All of our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Right after purchase you can download your PDF from your Etsy account under Purchases.
How do I edit my template?
Open the PDF you download and click the template link. It opens your copy in Canva, where you can change the text, fonts and colors. A free Canva account is enough, no paid plan or special software is needed.
Can I edit on my phone?
Yes. Canva works in any web browser and in the free Canva app for iPhone and Android, so you can edit and download your design right from your phone.
How do I print or share my invitation?
In Canva, download your design as PDF Print for printing at home or at a print shop, or as PNG or JPG to send by text, email, WhatsApp or social media.
Can I return or exchange a digital item?
Because these are instant digital downloads, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your file or you have trouble opening the template, message us and we will fix it right away.
Can I use the designs commercially?
Our templates are for personal use only. You may print and share your own invitations, but you may not resell, share or distribute the template link or files.
