Custom and personalized orders
IMPORTANT
We ask that all clients double-check final proofs with extra care before giving final approval.
Some personalised items may require the client to be sent a PDF for checking to ensure all elements, such as details, descriptions, wording and names, are accurate and precise. It is the FULL responsibility of the client to ensure they check all PDF's thoroughly & inform QuaintlyKate of any errors so this can be addressed.
Any mistakes after printing will be the responsibility of the client, including: misspellings, punctuation and grammatical errors, design layout, and ink colour choices.
QuaintlyKate will only reprint an order at no charge if:
i) the items received do not match the final proofs as approved by the client;
Postage - How/when/what if I need my card for a specific date?
CARDS.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation from Etsy once your order has been shipped. The time stated on the listing is for how long it takes to physically make/craft your card, NOT how long it takes to reach you.
If you require this for a specific date, then we suggest that you upgrade to a Guaranteed post option at checkout.
We will not provide a refund due to items lost in transit via Royal Mail 1st Class/International Standard delivery until after the timescales stated by Royal Mail has elapsed, which is:
- 32 working days after postage (International)
- 11 working days after postage (UK)
Recycling & Packaging
We work very hard as a business to minimise our impact on the environment and used recycled and environmentally friendly products and materials wherever possible.
Our packaging is also recycled wherever possible too so you may not receive your product in a 'brand new' box but rest assured that we are limiting our impact on our world and environment too!
Our Linen card stock is also recycled so there may be tiny 'flecks' in the card itself that upon first glance may look like printing smudges or imperfections. This is due to its recycled composition!
We are always looking for new ways to recycle and are currently reviewing our use of plastic cellophane pockets for our cards too for a friendlier but equally as effective product.
Shipping & Postage
All orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy.
Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout that the address is correct.
Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
There will be no shipping/postage refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
