WHAT'S IN A NAME?
Quality Comics America... New Jersey's Original & First Comic Shop opened it's doors in August of 1976 in Princeton NJ. Moving to Somerville in 1979 where it remained a brick and mortar source for some of the finest vintage comics & related collectibles to be found anywhere.
In 1989 Quality Comics rechristened itself NEET STUFF to announce that it had morphed into a treasure trove of mostly Baby Boomer Pop Culture Collectibles in addition to it's already legendary comic book service. By 1994 it had merged with an important local collectibles source of vintage clothing and fashion: Incogneeto Vintage and rechristened itself once again. This time to NEET-O-RAMA to convey the new amazing superstore concept.
In 1998 NEETORAMA became a presense on the Internet as well and often dominated it's various catagories with a series of online shops on ebay, yahoo and amazon. And now has moved to etsy (visit it here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Neetorama )
Sometime in 2008, after the partners seperated, Neet-O-Rama split itself back to a group of individual shops and after a while closed it's NEET STUFF & THRILLING WONDER BOOKS stores with only INCOGNEETO VINTAGE remaining both as a physical store and here on etsy (visit the shop here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/IncogneetoVintage ) while QUALITY COMICS, NEET STUFF and NEET-O-RAMA became online only.
QUALITY COMICS after this hiatus has returned in this new incarnation on etsy sometimes as an on-consignment service for many of it's former trusted customers and clients.
