Tip: For a trendy oversized look, size up 1-2 sizes. for a more fitted look, size down.

Measure: Please compare the measurements in our Size Chart (found in the listing photos) with a favorite shirt you already own to ensure the perfect match.

To keep your items looking vibrant and cozy for years to come:

Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the design.

Mugs/Drinkware: Most are dishwasher and microwave safe (check specific listing details).

Love: Handle with care, just like your relationships!

Production: Please check the individual listing for current processing times.

Shipping: Once your order leaves our studio, the carrier takes over. While exact delivery dates aren't guaranteed, the dates shown at checkout are the best estimates.

Holidays: During busy seasons, carrier delays can happen, so we recommend ordering early!

It happens! Please verify your address immediately upon checkout.

Correction: If you notice an error, message us ASAP. We can update the address if the item hasn't shipped yet.

After Shipping: Once a package is on its journey, we cannot redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply to send it to the correct location

Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you when you order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

Cancellations: Accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Issues? However, if there is a defect, printing error, or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately! We stand by our quality and will make it right.

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products separately. For example, mugs and shirts are packaged differently to ensure they arrive safely. If you have multiple tracking numbers, don't worry—the rest of your order is on its way to you!

We currently focus on sustainable, minimalist packaging to ensure your item arrives safely. While we cannot include a physical gift note or fancy wrapping inside the package at this time, we never include price tags or receipts in the shipment—so your gift remains a surprise! You can mark the order as a 'Gift' at checkout so the tracking info reflects that.
