5 out of 5 starsThe font and decal look great. My only discrepancy is that it’s mailed bent in half. This will make it a little harder to apply, but not the end of the world. The item is still in good condition.

Hello! Once the backing paper is removed for installation, the bend will not be noticeable! It is just because the backing paper is thick.

What is the height of my custom decal?
I create these using the width/length as the main size. The height depends on the font and how many characters are in your text. You can message me with the text and font you want, and I can tell you the height before purchasing! A general rule is: the more characters, the smaller the height, and vice versa.
My Shipment Says “Arriving Late”
When this happens, it means the mail is running behind. I unfortunately cannot do anything because it is in USPS’s hands at that point. Usually if it is stuck for more than a week, I will send you a new order free of charge.
My Tracking Number Says "Unavailable" on USPS
If your tracking number starts with "0031" it can NOT be tracked on USPS.com, or by USPS. This means it was shipped using Esty's envelope tracking and can ONLY be tracked on the Etsy app, Pitney Bowes website, or on Etsy's website in your purchase history!
My Tracking Says "Delivered" But The Item Did Not Show Up
Etsy partners with a third party to provide limited tracking for US First Class envelope mail. If you have a tracking number that starts with 0031, your item was shipped in an envelope. These envelopes are only scanned when passing through a sorting machine equipped with a digital scanner that scans the envelope's QR coded stamp. When it gets to your closest facility, it's marked 'Delivered', but could still require a day or two for your local mail carrier to do the delivery. That timeframe can vary between post offices due to size/schedule/etc.
