Additional Shipping Details
Unframed prints are shipped using USPS First Class Mail service.
Framed prints are shipped using USPS Priority Mail service.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Buyer is 100% responsible for having the correct shipping address. All purchases will automatically be shipped as addressed unless seller is contacted directly from the buyer PRIOR to mailing.
Buyer/recipient is responsible for all packaging materials when in the presence of small children and pets.

Additional Refund Details
This shop does not honor refunds unless the item was damaged during shipping.
Any item damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Proof of damage must be documented via photo and sent to The True North Design Co. the same day as reporting the damage.
All shipment packaging and damaged items(s) must be retained by buyer until seller advises necessary action.
Refund (or replacement) will be processed after claim is filed, accepted, and processed by the USPS.
The True North Design Co. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen item(s) once it has been shipped by the USPS.

All available print sizes are stated in the details of each listing.
Please contact the shop if you do not see the size you need and I will do my best to accommodate.
Digital (emailed) prints can be made in ANY size.
Care Instructions
This shop uses only high quality archival FINE ART matte paper - 100% cotton (acid and lignin free) along with premium fade-resistant inks.
While these enhanced products are designed to make each print last for generations, it is recommended that they are well framed and kept out of direct sunlight.
