Not quite. While 3D printing is very useful and rather precise, there will typically be some kind of defect in the print, especially for longer prints. Whether it’s a small burr, slight warping on the base, or a tiny gap between a layer 3D printing isn’t PERFECT. But that just mean everything you get from my shop will be unique just for you. I also won’t send you anything that doesn’t pass my quality control inspections. For non-polished pieces, you can see and feel small ridges in the print. This is because I use FDM printers, which work by placing layers of molten plastic one on top of the other. They are only noticeable if you get very close to the part, especially since they are usually only .0079 inches (0.2mm) thick.

If you realize you typed in the wrong address, send me a message as soon as possible and we can usually work things out if I haven’t printed the shipping label yet. If you type in an incomplete shipping address and I notice I will send you a message over Etsy as well as an email. If I can’t tell your address is incorrect and the item gets returned to me via the post office, I will only be able to issue you a 50% refund, but you can also pay for another shipping label and reship the item (in most cases it’s only a few dollars).

I make all my pieces to order, so you can get the exact color/size you want. 3D printing is also a very slow process and can take several hours to print (my longest print was over 56 hours!). Most of the pieces on my page can be printed and packaged in 1-3 days. If you need a rushed job jest send me a PM and we can talk about it.

Well that all depends. With 3D printing I have the opportunity to make parts stronger or more value oriented be increasing the density of the internal supports. I have personally 3D printed a part that was able to hold 6 tons! Of course a succulent planter or a fridge magnet does not need to be that strong, but I would make, say an AFG foregrip for a rifle much stronger as something like that would take a fair bit of abuse.
