Items such as tumblers or mugs are personalized with high quality vinyl, please wash gently for longevity and avoid hard scrubbing. Items are NOT dishwasher safe and should only be hand washed. Do not soak.

For tote bags, heat transfer vinyl is used to weld the design to the tote. Avoid washing frequently. If necessary, it's recommended to hand wash or machine wash cold only and inside out. Avoid washing in warm/hot water and ironing directly on the design. If it is necessary for you to iron on top of the design, layer a piece of fabric on top, and iron lightly at a very low temperature.

Please ensure the correct address is entered for your order. Addresses cannot be fixed after the package is shipped.

Items will not be reimbursed for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. If a package is returned for any reason, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label.

Application Instructions:
1) Clean surface thoroughly and let dry (if possible, rubbing alcohol is recommended)
2) Carefully peel off transfer tape from decal backing.
(if there’s an issue, use a credit card/scraper to ensure decal is fully stuck onto tape)
3) Place decal on desired surface
4) When in place, use a scraper/credit card to rub across decal firmly
5) Slowly peel off transfer tape from a corner

Extra Tips: You can also try bending the decal slightly while peeling the transfer tape to help lift the decal to stick to the transfer tape.

Once a decal is placed on a surface, it cannot be removed and re-used.

Please refer to the delivery date estimates prior to purchasing. Once the package has been mailed, the rest is handled by the shipping carrier and I can not guarantee the exact shipping arrival date.

During the holiday season, please plan accordingly and order extra early to help minimize the chances of a package arriving late.
