Sizing details

We can make most patches up to 6"x10".

Please contact us if you want a current listing resized -- downsizing requires a $3 fee; upsizing depends on the new size as it will take more time/thread to make.

Custom and personalized orders

Please allow at least two weeks for a custom order post-purchase, but let us know if you have a deadline. We can make patches up to 6"x10" in any color.

Orders must be fully paid before they are designed and made.

When making a custom request, please provide: deadline, size of your request, and anything else we may need to know. It also helps to know character and series as a lot of our custom requests become general store listings later!

Resizing anything will be a custom order-- downsizing requires a $3 fee; upsizing depends on the new size as it will take more time/thread to make.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping will be done in a small card/envelope or possibly wrapping paper.

Wholesale availability

While wholesale cannot be provided as all patches are made in our living room and none are outsourced and mass-produced, we do provide volume discounts-- please contact us to inquire.

Production Time

Production time is listed on each listing. While most are 5 business days, some are up to two weeks or more. Please check the listing for the current production time.

Additionally, all orders made between FRIDAY and SUNDAY will be shipped out on or before the following MONDAY (or two Mondays later for some listings) even if the listing says the due date is the next Friday. Etsy places three days' of orders on one day of being due out. We always try to send things out ASAP.

Taxes

Orders shipping within California include an 8.5% sales tax (reflective of our home base in Sacramento County). These taxes are sent to the state with yearly income taxes.

Etsy collects tax for certain other states and sends them directly to those states as well. We have no control over that from beginning to end and do not see those funds except that they have been paid.

Overseas Customs Forms

While most orders are flat and can be sent via stamped envelope, larger orders (in both quantity and size) and orders that are made with the "+ Tracking" option in shipping are sent as parcels with tracking and with a customs form. This is legally required. Please do not ask us to lie on the customs form about price or quantity, as it is against federal law.

Shipping within the US

All orders are shipped First Class mail with tracking in hard 9"x6" rigid envelopes EXCEPT those too large to fit in those envelopes (including Prompto sets). Those are mailed in 12"x6" manila envelopes. Rigid envelopes can be used upon request for these orders.

Priority Mail can be chosen at checkout or added to your order later and should arrive 1-3 business days after the order is marked as shipped. Please use this listing if you would like to upgrade your CURRENT order to Priority Mail. http://www.etsy.com/listing/233166502/rush-fee-per-patch Note -- adding priority will only speed up your shipping time. It will not speed up your production time unless you've chosen to add a rush fee.

Address Errors

Please check your address before checkout. If you notice it is wrong prior to shipping, please contact us so we can make a note as currently there is no way in Etsy to update your shipping address in the orders screen.

Please do not contact us asking for a replacement or refund if you have sent us the wrong shipping address and your order has already been mailed. However, if your address returns to us we'll contact you usually the same day it returns to get your current and correct address to re-ship. However, you will owe the cost of the new shipping as the first shipping cost has already been spent by the postal service.

Communication

Please allow at least one business day for response to any Etsy Conversations. However, we usually get back to you within the hour, especially between 8am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time, and usually first thing in the morning for anything received overnight. Please do not send multiple messages unless a significant amount of time has passed-- sometimes things get lost, and it's no problem at all to be checked in on!
