Handcrafted Orders
Every product is handmade—designed, printed, crafted—by us at Quill & Paper Design Co. Due to each item being handcrafted, slight inconsistencies or imperfections may occur. Please also keep in mind, the colors of the printed product may vary slightly from the colors you see on your screen.
Shipping Guidelines
All orders will be sent via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail based on the quantity and size of your order.
Unfortunately, Quill & Paper Design cannot guarantee or control shipping timeframes—please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially if it is a gift.
If you need an item by a certain date, please purchase a shipping upgrade and/or reach out to me before placing your order.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available on any purchase. Select the gift wrap option at checkout for your order to be wrapped in brown kraft paper with a bow + a handwritten note!

Processing Time & Digital Proofs
Every order is made-on-demand, so this processing time reflects the time it takes for me to create your order. If you need a faster shipping time, please contact me before placing your order or select a shipping upgrade at checkout.

If you would like to view a proof of your design before it is printed, please specify this at checkout or message me before/after placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each order is handcrafted just for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or has an error, please contact me ASAP — I will make sure to address the issue right away.
Shipping Delays and Errors
Quill & Paper Design is not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS, so please keep possible delays in mind when ordering a time-sensitive order. Your order is out of my control once it is scanned in at the post office.
Before you order, please ensure that your mailing address is correct. Contact me ASAP with any address changes before your order is ready to be shipped. If you run into any issues with the delivery of your order, please reach out to your local branch for further assistance. I will also assist you to the best of my ability.
