Welcome to Quinn's Pins!
I design all of the products myself, so only genuine Quinn's Pins products will be found sold by myself or in official physical retailers! From shiny Enamel Pin Badges and Keyrings, to fun Suncatchers and Prints, Quinn's Pins has tonnes of gift ideas for you or your bestie! All of our products are designed and created with us so are completely unique. Should you need anything, please do get in touch.
Things to note:
-Your order will be sent 2nd class untracked (UK) International Standard Untracked (Overseas). Your order is NOT tracked unless you paid for tracked shipping at checkout, in which your tracking number would've been sent to you.
-Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days, except for holiday periods (dates will be adjusted accordingly on each listing) If you need an order urgently, please message either before ordering or as soon as you've ordered for the best chance of an earlier shipping date. Please ensure your address is correct before ordering, if this is incorrect and your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost post - so please double check!

Do you ship to the US?
Yes! I ship worldwide, there isn’t a country my products dont want to go!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of my products are packed in letterbox boxes with pink zig zag paper. Perfect for sending straight to the recipient. If you select that your item is a gift, your gift message will be included on the print out paperwork.
Wholesale availability

Why can't I find my tracking number?
You pay for tracked shipping as an added option! If you do pay for tracked shipping, within Europe or overseas, you will be sent your tracking number via your messages or via email. If you don't pay for tracked shipping, I cannot track your order for you.
Do I have to pay for Tracked Shipping?
Yes, if you want to track your order, you must pay for it on checkout. I can't provide you with any tracking number if you dont!
What if I've given the wrong address?
If you give the wrong address with your order, you must message me to correct it before it is dispatched. I am not liable to resend your order after it is dispatched to the address provided.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
I do accept returns/exchanges if you aren't happy with your item. Your item must be returned to me first and postage covered before a refund/exchange will be issued.
