Hi Elizabeth! We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy the content of the cards. Yes, the default file you get upon purchase has history-related words. That’s just the default file, and as it says in the description you can provide us with a different list of words that you’d like on them instead. This will allow you to get the expansion that’s perfect for you, and is what makes the pack custom! Apologies again for the confusion, we hope this makes sense.
