1 out of 5 starsNot happy with this pattern at all. First off, she could have spent an extra 5 minutes to label rows, while not a deal breaker by itself it was still an inconvenience. Then I spent over an hour using the same size hook, larger, and smaller and same yarn to try to achieve the correct gauge and it was impossible. Not sure what your tension is like but I gave up and figured I should just make a larger size from your patterns sizes to get the smaller size I needed. After FINALLY getting most of the pattern made for the 3-6month (even though I need a newborn) it looks like a beret as opposed to an "officer hat". Finally, the pictures are 100% misleading. Now ran out of room to finish with issues. Do not waste your money on this!
