The shoes seem well made

I asked the seller to return the boots as they were a bit tight. These are hand made and they were extremely gracious and let me return them and they asked for my foot measurements and made me a brand new pair that are the best boots I have ever owned. Don’t hesitate to purchase from these tremendous and gifted artists. Thank you for all your valuable support!

I will open a case tomorrow 11/26/2025. I contacted Etsy making them aware the vendor was trying to charge me more than what was advertised. Vendor responded saying I would receive by 11/17/2025. I gave it until today 11/25/2025 I’ve yet to receive any communication even though I paid for the boots. So I wouldn’t recommend this vendor and am opening a case tomorrow. Unacceptable vendor is not professional. Thank you C Virella

Upon successfully receiving refund (after figuring out how to the heck to return item) I will gladly comment on the “return/refund Process, by Seller and by Etsy!

Item was disappointing because it was a homemade shoe I wasn’t aware that the size may vary. So I explained the shoe didn’t fit but no response to make it right with me.

Great fit and very comfortable to wear immediately, Thank you for great shoes and great service.

I have purchased many items online from Etsy and other vendors, and this is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The fact that Etsy is allowing this vendor to evade responsibility for selling defective merchandise certainly diminishes my opinion of them. The shoes I purchased were a full size too large, rendering them unusable. Instead of providing an option to return them for the correct size, I was informed that I didn't provide measurements, despite giving pictures of the size variance between my existing shoes and the sizes of the customized shoe. I mentioned that had I known that information was required, I would have provided the measurements. However, Etsy closed the case instead of reaching out to explain what was needed. I would stay far away from this vendor due to the lack of direct communication.
