My life is about FAMILY. I have been happily married to Stephen for 28yrs, and excited to be starting the next phase of our life as empty nesters. Our three grown children could not have made us more proud! Our oldest son is a Marine since 2011. Our middle son is a welder and has recently purchased his first home. Our daughter, inspired by her oldest brother, is following his path and has also become a United States Marine.
Because I am a very proud MOM, in 2011 I wanted to simply show my support of my son while he participated in the crucible. I created the iconic graphic known by most who have loved ones in USMC boot camp . This simple image includes the yellow footprints to represent the start of it all, the EGA to show the final reward, and a list of many of the challenges all recruits must overcome while earning the title UNITED STATES MARINE.
