I contacted Andrea, she’s such a lovely person. Answered all my questions. Helped me through my layaway plan and she’s just great to work with. Thank you so much Andrea. I will definitely purchase another antique from this lovely store.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer resizing?
Yes! If you want to get a ring resized, please contact me BEFORE purchasing and let me know which ring you want and what size you need. I will then take it to my jeweler and see if the desired change in size is possible and get you a quote for the additional cost and estimated waiting time.
Please understand that resized rings are custom made to your specifications and therefore cannot be refunded.
Do you offer layaway plans?
Yes! I am offering payment plans for items over $200. Please contact me if you want to make use of this service and I will go through the details with you.
Generally I require a down payment of 1/3 of the listed price within 24h. The next payment will have to follow within 30 days of purchasing and will have to be at least another 1/3 of the total sum of your desired item. The final payment can be made at the latest 60 days after purchasing. If I haven’t received the agreed upon amount of money within 30 days for the second payment and 60 days for the final payment, I will relist the item and cancel any future orders from you.
What happens when I miss a payment for my layaway plan?
Layaways come with added time, effort and risk for me, which is why I expect that payments are made within the arranged time frame. The latest date for the next payment is always visible in the listing for your item, I also send a reminder the day before it's due.
If there is an unexpected reason why a payment cannot be made punctually I need to be contacted and we can work something out.
If the payment is not made on the agreed upon date, I will send another reminder and give a 24h extension.
If a customer fails to make a payment after multiple reminders and a time extension without answering any of my messages, the order will be cancelled and the item relisted.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes! I offer free 48h reservations on any item. If you don't contact me again during these 48h to discuss payment or a layaway plan I will simply lift the reservation and give someone else the chance to buy it.
