Buyers and Sellers be aware of this person.She purchased these 8 large Dining Chairs right before Christmas & expected a truck to be available to ship them at the time of the year when all the truckmen were unavailable due to the bad weather and spending Christmas and New Years with their families!! We tried very hard & managed to find somebody at busiest time of the year & we have her signed documentation showing she received them before the 30 days even though she provided the wrong address and made truck make a special trip!! We also notified her that we only had 8 chairs total for sale. She was not accepting OF the fact that the 2 other chairs in the second listing were part of this same set and there were only 8 chairs to begin with. We tried and accommodated in every way! We do not recommend this buyer to anyone!!

Regarding the shipping, we were very nice that we offered to split shipping with her as she lives out of state. First the truckman said $800 and then we got it for $600 and we paid $300 from our own money and offered and agreed to split it with the buyer!! Buyer is a dealer and we would really be interested in seeing if they offer free shipping as well on their big furniture pieces like these items to their clients!!

Sellers beware of this client DeeDee. We very rarely have situations like this. Biggest mistake that we did business with her. It is very hurtful to know that we have tried several times to assist this client before and after the sale by first accepting her low offer on the piece, and then even paid for packing, shipping, and insurance to her and she left us this review. This piece that she bought was sold and advertised as a print and she leaves a review "looks like a print under glass". She also made false accusation that we advertised it as a Musuem Quality piece, which we never stated anything like that if you read the description! She only spent $400 on this piece and she was expecting it to be Museum Quality??

She also states that it "chipped during shipment", which we had shipped the items with FedEx & offered to have her fully reimbursed to repair the small chip on frame. We spent alot of time and effort, reached out several times to assist & please her.
