Wir versenden unsere Produkte mit DHL binnen 2 Werktagen (Maßanfertigungen in 30-40 Werktagen) nach Erhalt Ihrer Zahlung. Sie werden über den Versand per Email mit Angabe der Sendungsnummer informiert.
Wir bieten versicherten standard Versand an. Gebühren, Steuern und Zölle für den Warenimport sind nicht im Artikelpreis oder den Versandkosten enthalten. Diese Kosten sind vom Käufer zu tragen.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day included on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RIWA-DESIGN, Rumiana Awramow, Hertelstr. 7A, 12161 Berlin, GERMANY, Email: riwadesigns [!at] gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The products must not be used, altered and / or damaged. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Customers can not exercise their right of withdrawal on orders regarding custom-made products or not prefabricated products, manufactured according to a specific customer’s choice.

Delivery
We ship our products with DHL within 2 working days (custom-made products within 30-40 working days) after receiving your payment. Please note the indicated delivery time! As soon as we start packing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. We offer insured standard delivery. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer’s country. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
