I had some issues the file, and it is my fault, due to my lack of knowledge because I am new to 3D printing. l am so impressed with these folks. There are a bunch of business that could learn so much from these folks. WOW! I can't say enough good things about these folks. If you purchase from these folks you will not be disappointed.

5 out of 5 starsHad no dealings to comment on shipping as it was digital. The item printed as well a my printer could lol it was a great file. Will be chopping off the head and using the body for a bobble head with my wife's head and one of me on another lol.
