NICU nurse here just being crafty!
I’ve always been a crafty soul, but RNspiration Creations was born from something simple and heartfelt: Christmas gifts for my fellow nurse coworkers. Working in healthcare, especially in the NICU, you form a special kind of family — the kind that deserves thoughtful, personal gifts. I wanted to create something meaningful, something that made them smile during long shifts. So, I designed custom badge reels tailored to each coworker’s personality.
What started as a small holiday project quickly took on a life of its own. One badge turned into five… then ten… then coworkers started asking for more. Before I knew it, I was creating designs on my breaks, experimenting with glitter combinations, and dreaming up new ways to bring joy to the workplace.
That spark grew into RNspiration Creations — a place where creativity meets compassion. Today, I create handmade badge reels, beaded keychains, pens, and more, all designed to brighten someone’s day. Every piece is crafted with care, a little humor, and plenty of sparkle.
My goal is simple: to make everyday work life a little more fun, a little more personal, and a lot more joyful. Thank you for being part of this journey and supporting a small shop built from heart, healing, and handmade inspiration.
