Family Journey
In 2017, Rockcentric Designs was founded by Tracy Shick, a U.S. Veteran and skilled Lapidary Artist located in Michigan! It began as a passion project for a mother who couldn't stop collecting, cutting, polishing, buying, selling, or TALKING about rocks!
In 2024 that mom teamed up with her sons, Josh and Zack and launched Rockcentric Merch to share their beloved obsession with rock lovers everywhere by combining beautiful rocks with quality products made in the USA.
Now in 2025, the business has grown into The Shick Show, expanding to include unique vintage finds, giving new life to cherished items from the past, and keeping them out of landfills.
Each family member plays a key role in the business:
· Josh leads design, marketing, and sales, helping bring their products and story to a wide audience.
· Zack manages business operations, finance, and reporting, ensuring the family’s vision stays strong and sustainable.
· Tracy brings her artistry and dedication to both her craft and her mission of making a difference.
Making a difference is at the core of this family business. Ten percent of all proceeds are donated to support Veterans, reflecting the family’s deep commitment to give back to those who have served.
