The items I ordered appeared exactly like the images and the quality was much better than expected. The package these arrived in ensured they were safe during transit, and I had no damage to the item even though the pieces I ordered were delicate. Customer service was excellent, I was informed when the item was dispatched and was also contacted to confirm if items had been delivered.
