5 out of 5 starsItem is exactly as described. Looks very nice on my ear. It is adjustable, but the metal is quite sturdy. I had to wrap mine in a bandana and use pliers to adjust. But well worth it for the price. I didn’t reach out for customer service, but the seller proactively reached out to me with shipping info, which was appreciated.

5 out of 5 starsALWAYS need shipping information, and it wasn't provided, had to ask, got a number, but no carrier name. I don't like guessing where my orders are. I shouldn't have to ask, it should be automatically provided. The cuff is nice.

1 out of 5 starsThe item was damaged when it arrived so class it as poor quality, although the customer service was good they offered a replacement,, which unfortunately wouldnt arrive in time as it was purchased as a gift. they have sent a returns label for the item to be returned for a refund.
