Do you insure your shipments?

I insure ALL packages for the purchased value.

In the event of non-delivery, you will have to complete necessary forms for the package’s insurance claim. Refund due to non-delivery is issued after insurance claims are processed and paid.

I need this TOMORROW ASAP!!!

I accommodate rush orders when possible; just ask! If you have a firm item-in-hand date, please message me when ordering so I can ensure you receive your order in time.

It broke in transit!

I pack very well; I have very rarely had a broken item on delivery! But if it does happen, don't panic, I will fix it!

Please inspect items within two days of delivery. If a replacement is necessary to resolve any issues, you may need to ship the item back; I will ship your replacement free of charge. If time is of the essence, I may create a second listing for you to purchase to expedite shipping of the replacement, and issue a full refund on your original transaction when your returned item arrives.

Sizing details

For sizing information, measure yourself carefully, accurately, and honestly. Vanity measurements will result in an ill-fitting item!
