I ship out all orders within 1-3 days of payment clearing.
Items will be shipped to the address on your ETSY Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please let me know through ETSY.
SHIPMENT OPTIONS
UK MAINLAND - I use DPD couriers for all UK Mainland orders. All orders are delivered the next day (orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday, orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday). If you provide your mobile number DPD will send you a text message with a delivery slot - this is a great time saver !
OTHER US DESTINATIONS - I use Royal Mail Signed For First Class services. Delivery estimate is 1-2 working days
EUROPE - I use Royal Mail Signed For First Class services. Delivery estimate is 2-4 business days
USA & CANADA - Royal Mail Priority Shipment services. Delivery estimate is 5-7 business days
ALL OTHER DESTINATION - Royal Mail Priority Shipment services. Delivery estimate is 5-10 business days
I use secure signed-for mail to ship your items and they will be delivered to your door! Delivery time will depend on the destinaion. For each order, we will contact you to let you know that your your items have been shipped and an estimated delivery date.
NOTE - There is combined shipping discount for second piece up to 50%.
The more you buy, the more you save on shipping!
LOST PACKAGES
I will refund lost packages or offer you the option to pick something else from my store. Satisfied customers are important to me, so if there are any problems with the shipment, please let me know, and I will try to help to the best of my ability.
