Hi, I'm Shereen. Artist, Author & Founder of RUXART
I'm half Persian and half Indian, raised between two rich cultures that shaped the way I see beauty, color, and meaning. RUXART was born from a simple desire: to share the art, traditions, and stories of Persian and South Asian heritage with the world through pieces that feel personal, beautiful, and made with intention.
Every item in this shop is created with love right here in the USA. Whether it's a calligraphy mug that honors a grandmother's name, a Farsi children's book that helps a little one connect to their roots, a Nowruz gift that carries centuries of Persian tradition, or a tin of saffron rose tea that turns an ordinary morning into something special each piece is designed to celebrate who you are and where you come from.
I've been on Etsy since 2012, and over 5,000 orders later, I'm still just as passionate about this work as when I started. I'm also a published children's book author. My bilingual Farsi-English books are written with the hope that kids everywhere can see their language and culture reflected in the stories they love.
