Custom and personalized orders
Most of our items are made to order and fully customizable. Please include your personalization details in the “Add your personalization” box during checkout, or send us a message if you have something special in mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and we ship duty-paid, so there are no extra import fees on arrival
Can I preview my design before it’s made?
We are happy to provide a digital proof upon request for most personalized items. Please message us right after purchase if you'd like to receive a preview before production.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, if you made a mistake, message us as soon as possible — if production hasn’t started, we may still be able to accommodate changes.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, rush orders are possible! Please contact us before placing your order to check availability and shipping upgrade options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary by product and season, but typically orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Shipping time depends on your location — for example:
