Very quick response. Ordered for my hairstylist and it was ready to download and print within 10 minutes. She absolutely loves it! Looking for last minute gifts for someone can be time consuming, I didn’t have days to wait for shipping. Glad I came across this store, will purchase more in the future.

I have bought place cards from this shop before and the items were beautiful and the service really helpful and attentive. Unfortunately this experience wasn't so. I ordered the place cards to use for Thanksgiving. I reached out after placing the order to make sure I had ordered with enough time for them to arrive for the holiday. The seller wrote back asking when I needed them by and I reemphasized Thanksgiving. I then never heard back from the seller and never received the items. I've written a couple times attempting to cancel the order/receive a refund and still haven't heard back. I'm assuming this is a fluke situation because of my past experience & all the other reviews but it's disappointing since Rachel's work is really beautiful and I was looking forward to using these place cards for the holiday.
