  • Living by an estuary, it is important that any metal on my leads is marine steel. Leads use 18m of cord!
  • Cobras are fun! I have lots of colours, and have made a few funky combinations for people! My first was named Colin.
  • Hempex leads are soft, light and rot resistant. I am always being told how people have been complimented on theirs.
  • I love celtic knotting. With varying numbers of passes of rope, the knots can be made into coasters, wreaths and mats!
  • I first made a hair barrette at Christmas for my daughter. She loved it, and soon I was making them in school colours.

    I've sailed my whole life - born of sailors and married to a sailor. I am the mother of two tiny sailors! I make my items in the evenings and at the weekends after work. The children occasionally 'help'! My goal is to gain an order a week from Etsy!

As a sailor since childhood and growing up in a sailing orientated family, tying knots in string became a habit.

When I married my husband (a rival sailor on the racing circuit), I created monkeys fist table name holders. This rekindled a love of knots that aided me to start this little home business.

I take pride in my work and am very happy to offer custom colours and am ALWAYS open to convo.

I try to save you money on your postage, I'm not out to rob anybody. I will combine postage on items if I can.

I hope you enjoy your browse. Feel free to make the floor muddy and rearrange the items on the shelves.
