The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND: Displeasure in an item's fragrance. A fragrance is subjective and cannot be validated as a eligible reason for a refund for an item that is functional and not damaged. Sample sizes are available to test a fragrance before investing in a larger size. Policies for dysfunctional or damaged items are below.

MISSING ITEMS:

- If an item is missing in the transition of shipment, a replacement or a full refund may be requested.

- DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please wait at least two weeks after shipment before the item is declared missing.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped internationally can take up to two months to reach their destination. Please let me know in due time if the item has never arrived.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

- If an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible for a replacement or a refund.

- Be ready to provide photo evidence of this damage.

REFUNDS:

- Refunds will be given upon the return of the original item.
- If the item is not damaged, the customer will return the item at their own expense.
- Once the item has been returned, the refund will be issued, minus the shipping.
- Full refunds are only available for items that have arrived damaged.
- In the case of a damaged item, the return shipping will be compensated to the buyer.



Refunds and returns are not available after 30 days of receiving the item.


ITEMS ARRIVING THAT ARE MELTED:

- In the case of lip balms, solid perfumes, and body butters, please know that these items are prone to melt during warmer months when left inside of mailboxes or in transition.

- If the customer should find their item melted, mix smaller items (lip balms and solid perfumes) in the container with a toothpick or similar sized tool and place in a refrigerator for a half hour for the mixture to solidify.

- In the case of larger items, such as body butter or a candle, mix in the container with a spoon, followed by placing the item in a refrigerator for at least an hour for the mixture to solidify.

- Please contact me as soon as possible for any questions regarding items that have melted in transition.
Payment
I accept Paypal and any other major credit card. Payment for an item must be received within a week of purchase or the order is canceled.

CUSTOM REQUESTS: There is no deadline to pay for a custom order, however, custom orders will not begin the process of being filled until payment has been received. Until full payment has been received, the order will not be filled.
Shipping
The current processing time of Radical Works is 3-5 days. This gives time for the items to be made, as well as for packages to arrive with supplies to complete the orders.

All of the items are shipped in a secure tear-resistant poly mailer. Every bath item comes shrink wrapped. All items are gifted wrapped with tissue paper, bubble wrap, and placed in decorative gift bags.

Shipping confirmation will be sent in an e-mail once the item is in the possession of the U.S.P.S.

All orders will be shipped using the standard First Class shipping of the USPS, unless a shipping upgrade has been made at the time of purchase (at the time of checkout).

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. These upgrades include Priority (2-3 days) and Express (1-2 days). Please take advantage of these upgrades during the holiday season, as the standard shipping can become slower than normal due to the high volume of packages.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to ship an item?

As of 9/12/17, the processing time is 3 - 5 days. This does not equal shipping time. Shipping time is affected by the shipping rate purchased by the buyer.

I have a friend/family member with a birthday coming up. Can the process be sped up to get my item sooner?

Happy Birthday to them! While we keep in mind that the item is a present, please remember that we fill orders on a first come, first served basis. If there is a concern if the item will get to you in time, please select "Priority" or "Express" shipping at checkout.

I really hate how this item smells. Is there anything you can do for me?

We are so sorry to hear that you are displeased with the fragrance.

However, as of March of 2017, displeasure in an item's fragrance is no longer eligible for a refund. A fragrance is subjective and cannot be validated as a eligible reason for a refund for an item that is functional and not damaged. Sample sizes are available to test a fragrance before investing in a larger size.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom fragrances: If you see a fragrance that does not have the item you want associated with it, we can make the item with the fragrance you request. I.e. "Raspberry fragrance, but no lip balm with that fragrance." We can make a lip balm with the Raspberry fragrance for you at no extra charge.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Items purchased:

- Shrink wrapped
- Wrapped in decorative tissue paper
- Wrapped in bubble wrap
- Placed in a decorative bag
- Bag is placed in a tear-proof mailer

Each item received is like unwrapping a present!
