Payment

We are happy to set up payment plans and reserve items we understand that life isnt always as forgiving as you need it to be financially, we are therefore always open to dialouge about payment and prices of items.

Shipping

We always choose First Class Signed For, this is more expensive but guarantees faster shipping and tracking where available, for overseas this means it will be sent airmail rather than shipped.

All packages are sent in sturdy boxes with plenty of bubble wrap and packing materials to protect them in transport we do not charge more than it costs us to pack the item. If the P&P comes to less than charged we will refund the difference.

We cannot be held responsible for taxes. customs or additonal fees charged by a different country, our prices for P&P will not cover any of those charges.
