1 out of 5 starsI really liked it, I wanted that template, but there was no way to get it. The file won't download, it's very difficult to access. This is the first time this has happened, I couldn't download it.

The file was delivered correctly through Etsy as a PDF with a Canva access link. The link simply needs to be copied and pasted into a browser to open the template. I also resent the file through Etsy messages and email and provided a full refund to make sure the issue was resolved. To make things even easier, I’ve now updated the file to include a clickable link for instant access. The template is working and accessible, but if anyone ever needs help opening the link, I’m always happy to assist.
