Please bare in mind that some payment methods, like bank transfer through Paypal, are not instant. In these cases, the downloadable files will only be available once the bank send notification to Etsy that the payment has been received (this may take up to 5 working days). To avoid waiting, please choose direct checkout when you pay with Paypal.

Not One of a Kind

Please note that unless otherwise stated, premade digital products are not OOAK (one of a kind) and will be re-sold.

Custom changes
--------------------------
The premade templates are sold as is. They don't include any kind of customization in the price. If you like a template and want me to make some kind of variation, please contact me before you buy it. I'll give you a quote based on the number and complexity of the changes required.

CopyRight & License

All my premade themes and branding kits are copyrighted. You are not allowed to remove the copyright text in the footer of Blogger themes or claim the theme as your own work. You are not allowed to share the theme or the source code with any thrid part. You are not allowed to resell the theme or use any of the source code on another theme.

By purchasing a theme, you are buying a license to use that theme in ONE blog of your property. If you want to install the theme in more than one blog, you'll need to get as many licenses as blogs you wish to install the template on. Please contact me for volume discounts.

Disclaimer

Please back up your current template, content and widgets before installing your new template. I'm not responsible for the loss of any content on your blog during or after the installation of your template.

Abandoned orders
---------------------------
The following applies to template installations and premade branding kits:
Orders with no reply to my initial message or no communication from the buyer for more than 15 days will be considered abandoned. These orders will be marked as shipped after 3 failed attempts of contact from my side. To prevent this, please tell me in advance if you will be unavailable to work on your order for a certain period and we'll put your order on hold.
Despite having been marked as shipped, I will still work and complete abandoned orders if contact is made within the next 2 months to the order closure.

Installation changes
-------------------------------
Please do not modify my themes. You may alter the widgets at the sidebar, but please do not make HTML or CSS modifications as it compromises my custom design for that specific theme.

In case you buy the installation service, bare in mind that I install my templates to look as the demo template provided at the description. I won't make custom changes, unless previously agreed or specified otherwise.

If you have any doubt, please ask me before buying the template.


Content management

If you experience issues while installing your template, please carefully go through the instructions and make sure you’re not skipping any step or uploading the wrong file. If that doesn't solve the problem, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.
