2 out of 5 starsI received this item on time but the quality was very poor. Leather part already had scratch on it . Real leather will not scratch that easily. That shows it’s going to wear and tear very easily I will be returning it .

2 out of 5 starsThe production of this item took a lot longer than expected, once I finally asked about the delay communication was good. The item is very cute, unfortunately it had a very strong odor to it. I have it airing out hoping I can use it eventually.

1 out of 5 starsBeautiful jacket, but the fit is poor. The shoulders are fine but the waist is 8 inches too big. It would fit a pregnant person well. I would have to pay to ship it back to Pakistan and wait weeks for a refund. They offered me a $25 partial refund.

The jacket was made according to the standard size selected from our size chart; however, individual body proportions can affect how a garment fits. After discussing the concern, we issued a $25 partial refund as a goodwill gesture. 1 out of 5 starsShipping takes forever. I don’t think that is the fault of the seller. However, what I got was not the same print that’s in the picture. I knew it wouldn’t be exact, but I figured it would be similar. It was not. The inside lining is very cheap and feels like paper. Considering how long it took to get is really not worth sending back. But I’m sure that’s what the seller is banking on.

5 out of 5 starsThis bag is lovely! It is very well made. No shortcuts at all. I asked for a large zipper pocket on the inside and a single shoulder strap a certain length with certain hardware on the bag for the strap. The seller sent me photos and followed them exactly. Very excellent customer service!! They did a wonderful job! It's a beautiful bag and very worth the extras. I would order from them again!
