I feel like that customer service can be hard to find for digital products, so I'm incredibly impressed and highly recommend them! Even if I hadn't reached out about customizing, I think the value is very good considering the detailed file notes and 2 different size options.

This file was great! I gave it to a friend to print, and they didn’t have any issues. After they printed it for me, I was the one to paint and assemble it. The assembly was extremely intuitive and easy, and I’m very pleased with how it came out!!
