Do you accept returns?
I hope that you’ll love your new purchase, however I understand if you change your mind or wish to return the item. You have 7 days to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been shipped. If it has, simply contact me within 14 days of delivery, and 30 days from delivery to return it to me for an exchange or refund. Please contact me with any queries or issues regarding shipping, returns, or refunds.
How will my purchase be shipped?
Button badges and keyrings are dispatched in a bubble wrap envelope to protect it during shipping. Greetings cards, stickers, and art prints are sent out in a card-backed envelope to prevent your purchase from being bent or folded.
UK orders have the option to be sent First Class or Second Class. You should receive them with one or two working daysfor First Class and slightly longer for Second (Postal service and your location permitting). European orders are usually within 7 working days, and Elsewhere is around 14 working days, however this depends on your location and postal service. Please take into consideration that during busier times of year, eg Christmas, orders may take longer to arrive.
Wholesale availability
Yes, I can offer wholesale and bulk orders on my greetings cards and badges! The quantities on each item only show how many I currently have available to purchase.
