Custom and personalized orders
I don't always do custom orders, but your welcome to ask. Custom orders are likely to cost more if they require materials I don't have. You can look at similar items in my shop for an idea of what the price might be. If it's something that I won't be able to resell you will need to pay up front, and will not be able to cancel the order.
Sizing details
Everything in my store has the size written in the listing. If you order something and it does not fit I would be happy to re-size it for you, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If it needs to be a lot bigger than it is you will need to pay a fee for the extra materials.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't do gift wrapping, but most of my orders are put into decorative boxes if they fit.
Overseas Shipping
At this time I only ship to America. I've never shipped out of the country before and I'm rather nervous to try it. If your a really nice person, and wouldn't blame me for problems that are caused by the post office, you can message me, and I might be willing to try. It would also depend on what country your from. Some countries have stricter shipping rules.
Returns
If an item is returned. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund unless there is a problem with the item.
Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged let me know, and I will fix it or send you a new one.
