Each Randomly Something artifact is made to order, created only after your order is placed. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, wrong address, accidental orders, or change of mind.
If your artifact arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from your order, message us through Etsy with clear photos so we can help.
Please check the size, color, design, and delivery address carefully before ordering. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
