We are based in Champaign, Illinois and Kansas. We do all of our work, in house- with the exception of services that our clients request that we administer on their behalf. We offer pricing that includes return shipping plus discounts if you prefer to pay for your own return shipping or choose not to receive your items back after you have received your files online.

While you can request and pay for faster services. All Etsy orders are priced under our 4 to 6 week return timeline. Depending on the condition of your items, the size of your order, and how many different types of items you send us, and how busy we are at certain times of the year, your order could be completed earlier. However, perfect conditions don't usually exist with items so old. You need to take this into consideration if you are planning for an upcoming occasion.

With Digital Downloads we provide you with a private link good for 30 days to download your items which are provided as individual files. Audio files are returned as MP3. Photos as JPEG, and Videos are returned as MP4 files. You can request alternate file formats for an additional fee.

We cannot check out your tapes for free to see if they are blank, but we do credit any blank tapes against any overtime tapes. We will also refund you any blank tapes less a $2.99 tape scanning fee if you choose not to have those blanks returned.

Please reach out to us if you have a broken tape. We will instruct you on how to purchase a Repair Ticket. Also, please inspect your tapes to make sure they are not packed with dust, dirt, or mold. We cannot process these tapes without charging you extra because they damage our machines and take time to clean. Any tapes requiring surface cleaning or repair in order to transfer will incur a $10 fee per tape which you will have to approve before we attempt to resolve the issue. Tapes damaged by mold or moisture require special handling and you should notify us BEFORE sending them.

Client privacy is of utmost importance to the credibility of our service. We generally do not make it a point to view material beyond quality inspection of transfers. There are things which our clients are rather embarrassed about when receiving their downloads and often apologize for things we never even saw. Sometimes people have materials they inherited or other situations they merely forgot over time. Other times they make us aware of things that may appear on a video. All we can say is that life happens and times change. Nobody can judge that. Outside of a blatant crime, exercising any other action regarding your material would be unethical and is beyond what we consider honest service to you.

Our Etsy service for basic no frills affordable family budget transfers. That is what the average family who purchases our service wants and are quite happy with the results. They understand that, at our rates, we cannot turn your videos into something they were not to begin with. When you see old videos on TV, someone spent a lot of time and money to enhance them to make them look better by today's standards. A 30+ year old video that was never designed to be blown up on a modern Hi Def TV can only look so good. Yes Ai has come a long way but not enough for what we'd have to charge you. The image information just isn't there. When it can be offered at a decent price point, we will add it to our budget services here.
