I'm Bethann. I design, pack and ship everything you see in the shop. You'll work directly with me on your order. When I'm not in the studio, I'm often hanging with my husband and 2 basset hounds, relaxing at our little cottage by the sea in DE.

Most of our items are printed and assembled here in our shop but in some cases we feel quality or turn around time is best using our preferred printing services. Like us, they value quality and speedy production times and only use the best in commercial printing equipment and thick, high-en papers.

Information Bethann Aurand, Raspberry Creative (RC) Collects
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of wedding invitations, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why RC Needs Your Information and How RC Uses It

• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I send you my photo when ordering a photo card?
If you are purchasing one of our photo cards or save the dates, you can send us a private message with your order number and attach your photo to that message. You can also send us an email at hello[at]raspberry-creative.com Once again, be sure to include your name and order number.
Custom and personalized orders
We currently do not offer custom designs for printable or template items. Custom design services are for printed cards and stationery only.
What is the difference between templates and printables?
Please note that in our shop there is a difference between templates and printables.
Templates are instant downloads or templates offered through Templett that you can edit yourself and print at your convenience.
Printables are designs that we edit for you and then send you a print ready file in your chosen format. Printables are subject to our design turn-around times which is 1-3 business days. They are not instant.
Do you offer printing for your templates since you do also sell printed items?
Yes, we are happy to provide printing services for any of our designs whether sold as a printable or template.
We offer professional printing services on a wide variety of papers using all of the popular printing techniques; digital / flat, foil stamping, letterpress and thermography.
