We understand that discrepancies may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by inaccurate item descriptions or measurements.
To qualify for a return, the item must be significantly different from the product description or have measurements that deviate substantially from the provided specifications.

Initiating a Return

Please initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item. Any requests made after this period may not be considered.
To initiate a return, contact our Etsy with the following details:
Order number
Detailed description of the issue
Clear photographs providing evidence of the discrepancy

Return Procedure:
Customer Service Approval

We will review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed if the return is approved.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive a shipping label via Etsy.

Packaging:
Please ensure that the item is securely packed, with the shipping label printed and taped on the package.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Inspection and Refund:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within one business day.
There will be a $5 restocking fee, and you will be charged to ship the item back.
