4 out of 5 starsItem is great! The glass seems pretty high quality. But I paid for a phrase to be added and my glasses did not have the phrase I wanted. The seller did refund me the cost of the phrase and offered to ship the correct ones (I unfortunately could not accept as these were a gift that had to be delivered). I had been debating whether to give 4 or 5 stars since the seller did make it right; but ultimately I decided on 4 since missing a big detail like this was rather major, even if it had been corrected. Overall good seller and great item.
