Plus she was enthusiastic the whole time. My purchase arrived quickly and was beautifully wrapped. She included a nice notecard too. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop! Donna was amazing to work with! She listened to all my ideas and put them to life! It is perfect and exactly what I wanted! I offer a 100% rating on both customer service and product quality. Item is sent carefully packaged and in a timely manner. The embroidered logo which was one I had handpicked and RavensThread's did not have on file was scaled to size and administered in a better fashion than I had assumed possible. From the start of the custom request to the delivery of the product, they were also extremely honest and thorough with any and all concerns and updates. I'd suggest looking no further for a custom messenger bag.

I LOVE my new bag. Donna was very easy to work with and answered all my questions via email very quickly. I ordered this bag with navy stitching and the name of the lake we live by and it looks great. The bag is very well constructed and roomy. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone.
