Where do I download my digital files?
To access your files:
-Log in on a web browser (not the Etsy app).
-Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews.
-Click Download Files next to your order.
(If you don’t see it, click the small grey arrow.)
If payment is still processing, the button will appear grey.
I purchased as a guest—where are my files?
Your files were emailed to you by Etsy in your receipt.
If you don’t see it, check spam/junk or Gmail tabs.
Apple Pay / Hidden Email Issue
If you used “Hide My Email” with Apple ID, your Etsy receipt may have gone to a temporary email.
Log into Etsy via web browser, not the app.
