I loved that she included a handwritten note and a straw cleaner for the glass straw, such a sweet, personal touch. I absolutely love it and will definitely be purchasing from this shop again! Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom gifts and personalized designs. Please send me a message with your ideas, theme, colors, or inspiration photos through Etsy message✨
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes! Message me before purchasing with your deadline and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your order. Rush fees may apply.
Shipping Time
How long will it take to receive my order?
Regular orders: 1–3 business days
Personalized/custom orders: 5–10 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Please note that delivery delays caused by USPS are outside of my control.
Delivered But Not Received
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Please check around your property, mailbox, neighbors, or contact USPS directly. Once a package is marked as delivered, USPS becomes responsible for the shipment.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll gladly help make it right.
I received the incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact me right away with photos of the issue so I can help resolve it as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is very important to me 💕
Wrong Shipping Address
I entered the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
Please message me immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, I may be able to update the address. Buyers are responsible for reshipping fees if an incorrect address was provided.
Mockup Approval
Will I receive a mockup before production?
For most personalized orders, yes! I send a mockup before printing. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages to avoid delays.
Shirt Brands
What shirt and sweatshirt brands do you use?
Most apparel is printed on premium brands like Comfort Colors and Bella + Canvas depending on the style selected. Sweatshirts are Gildan brand.
Care Instructions
To keep your item looking beautiful longer, I recommend gentle hand washing for cups and washing-drying apparel inside out with cold water and low cycle.
