We appreciate your comment on the size. It is always helpful to have a customer's viewpoint. Imagine how small a block would be if you made it 1/3 smaller. Most users will be adding three name entries with birth and death dates per block and that would be a bit tight. It might be possible though if we stack blocks differently and do less tree art. We will play around with your suggestion. Thanks for your thoughtful input.

Traditional oil paints are my favorite medium. And colored pencils. And clay. And watercolors.

My wife and I established our own studio in 1983 and began releasing note cards and prints--and it grew from there. A shop that carried my prints wanted local Christmas ornaments. So we put together some sources to print decals and fire ornaments for us. That led to custom work for shops, churches and organizations. I did the art and she saw the projects through production.

The blue and white collector plates were a natural extension, and a big hit with my local collectors. Then giclee printing advanced to a high level of quality and I found it was the perfect fit for my very detailed, traditional oil painting technique.

I may work for several months on a single oil painting, so giclees and other reproductions are an affordable way for collectors to have their favorite scenes. Note that our designs are exclusive, meaning we do not wholesale or license others to use our images.
