I’m submitting a 5 star review even though my original order got mixed up and was delivered to another customer. I also initially received someone else’s order. I reached out to Rebekah and explained what happened and she could not have been more accommodating. She let me keep the items that are accidentally delivered to me (5 jewel toned toddler headbands...beautiful btw), she immediately mailed out my correct order (3 baby headbands), and threw in a few extra headbands for the inconvenience. I was not expecting anything other than my correct order when contacting her about the mix up and was surprised about the speed and extra items...very refreshing. Her headbands are gorgeous, very soft and stretchy, and beautiful patterns and colors. I will definitely purchase more in the future.
