4 out of 5 starsBeautiful design and seems high quality. My reason for leaving 4 stars is the custom design of the name I wanted came out different than expected. The symbol for the letter آ in Persian wasn't as large as expected which makes it more difficult to read correctly. The customer service was great in quickly responding and explaining that they couldn't make it larger due to concerns about it breaking off. However I do also believe it depends on what font was used when printing the design. Overall, a nice item that seems well quality made.
