Hi, I’m Alex, the person behind ReadyFileCo.

ReadyFileCo grew out of a simple idea: most planners and templates just give you blank boxes to fill in. Mine do the math for you. Enter your dates or numbers once, and the calendars, totals, and trackers update automatically.

Every file is an instant download that works in free tools like Google Sheets or in Microsoft Excel. Each one comes with a quick-start guide, so you can get set up in minutes, even if you’ve never used a spreadsheet formula.

I test every template carefully before it goes in the shop, so it works as expected from day one.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files can’t be returned once they’ve been downloaded. If a file is damaged, won’t open, or doesn’t match the listing description, message me within 30 days of purchase, and I’ll fix it or send a replacement. If I can’t fix the problem, I’ll refund your order in full.

How do I get my files?

Your files are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Download them from the order confirmation page, from the email Etsy sends you, or anytime from the Purchases page in your Etsy account. Nothing will be mailed. Having trouble? Message me, and I’ll send the files directly.

Can I share or resell the file?

Files are for personal use in your own home or homeschool. Please don’t resell, share, or redistribute the files, whether original or edited. All designs © ReadyFileCo.

What software do I need?

Google Sheets, which is free with any Google account, or Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer, unless a listing says otherwise. Files are not tested in Apple Numbers.

Do you take custom orders?

I’m not taking custom orders right now, but I’d love to hear ideas for new templates. Send me a message.
