ADDITIONAL POLICIES

We are happy to cancel your order after the proofing process has started but will only be able to refund you for 25% of the cost of your item plus the shipping cost. Once the proofing process has started we have already invested some time and resources into your order which we cannot refund you for.

Are the skewers food safe?

Yes! Safety is important to us so we only use food quality bamboo skewers that are not coated or painted in any way.

What are the cake toppers made of?

All of our items are printed on heavy, 140lb recycled card stock that is made with hydroelectric power. It is about the weight of poster board and is matte (it is not coated or laminated). The card stock we use is the heaviest (thickest) card stock available and the heaviest card stock we are able to print on.

Why do you use heavy card stock?

Card stock has many advantages! Primarily it is able to run through a printer so we can print our digital illustrations onto it. The card stock we use is the heaviest (thickest) card stock available and the heaviest card stock we are able to print on. It is also a relatively inexpensive material which helps us to provide a customized cake topper at a lower price. It is light weight which keeps shipping costs low for our customers. Because our cake toppers are relatively flat they also travel well and are perfect for a destination wedding.

Can I keep my cake topper after it is used?

Yes! Many of our customers use them in a scrap book or display them in a frame or shadow box after their wedding. Remember to tell your planner or caterer to keep it in a clean, dry place after your event.

I lost my cake topper. Can it be reprinted?

Yes! We keep the design files for these so they can be reprinted less expensively than having us draw them over again. Please contact us for a quote.

Are the cake toppers printed on the back?

No, none of the cake toppers are printed on the back. They are white (card stock colored) on the back and the skewers are attached there. You can see a photo of the back of a cake topper in our "About Ready Go" section.
